Hi there! Just like many of you, I LOVE to take photographs. I think Jack is already sick of seeing the camera in his face and he’s only 3 months old if that tells you just how much I take photographs. Caylin is used to it. Ha! One thing I for sure am NOT though is a professional or an expert by any means. Usually I’m just lucky most of the time and I’ve always wanted to learn how to use my camera and Photoshop Elements to their maximum potential.
I admire so many photographers, but the one on top of that list is my sweet friend, Erin Cobb. She takes beautiful photographs! Erin is definitely one of those photographers that I want to take pictures of my family, especially my children, one day. She lives in my old hometown so that’s perfect! I actually met Erin and her sweet daughter Sarah in an elevator in a Denver mall a few years back. It was a funny coincidence and it’s also funny that she ended up moving to the hometown where I lived for over 13 years after she left the Denver area. What a small world it is!
Anyway, back to sweet and talented Erin. I just LOVE the photos she takes. She’s a natural light photographer and I just admire her style and the beauty of her photographs. She is SO talented and really down-to-earth. You can see Erin’s photography site
HERE and her blog
HERE.
I was SO excited to hear that Erin was going to put out a video tutorial to show how she edits her images! This is what Erin says about Clean Color:
Clean Color is a workflow video tutorial designed to show you my image editing process from beginning to end. There are two versions – one for Full Photoshop and one for Photoshop Elements. There is also a bundled version which contains both the Full Photoshop video and the Photoshop Elements video. In addition to the comprehensive videos (each are roughly two hours in length) you’ll also receive the shortcut actions I’ve created to use in my editing process, all of the image files showcased in the video so you can play along at home, and an appendix detailing how to get the most out of the video tutorial and where to go for additional resources.
I’ve got my copy and I can’t wait to sit down and learn some wonderful techniques that I KNOW will make my photos come alive so much more!

Happy Friday! Hugs!
