Since my family and I have made a lot of changes to our diet ove the last little bit – our grocery lists are quite different from what they used to be and I love it! Here’s what was on our last grocery list:
- almond flour
- coconut flour
- honey
- organic cucumbers
- gluten free ( and non-GM) corn tortilla chips
- mild organic salsa
- grass-fed ground beef
- dark chocolate almond milk
- onions
- organic tomatoes
- organic potatoes
- organic gummy bunnies
- organic blueberries
- organic strawberries
- coconut water
- pickles
- Ezekiel bread
I love being able to incorporate healthier foods into my family’s diet! It’s super rewarding and not to mention – delicious! I’ve been creating lots of gluten-free baked goods and my kids love them! Yay!
