Happy Project Life® Tuesday!
Remember THIS post from last week! Well, I’m happy to report that I finally DID finish those pages and I have them to share with you today! I am putting the finishing touches on PART 1 of my photo editing/printing process and will dedicate March to sharing that with you all, along with some super fun giveaways!
Ok, so here are the finished pages:
Here’s a snapshot of both pages of the spread. I used DESIGN A page protectors and a DESIGN I insert. The kits I used are Blush, Dear Lizzy, Just Add Color and some from the new BOY themed card packs. Oh, and a card from a Studio Calico Project Life® kit as well (Hello talk bubble).
Here’s the left side. I’ve got the 6-month photo collage of Luke using Tracy’s photo template that you can find HERE. Also included my Right Now Challenge card and then a few other goodies!
Here’s a close up! :)
Oh, and you know how the Blush cards have some washi tape printed on them? Well, to add a bit more dimension and switch up the look of the washi tape I just added a layer of actual REAL washi tape over it. Love that! Ha! Used the Project Life® date stamp and Sharpie black fine tip pen. That’s my favorite for journaling. :)
Added a bit of text to the actual photo of Caylin’s new shoes. Used my Tim Holtz tiny attacher, too. I love that thing. Sigh. ;)
Another close up. :)
Here’s the front of the DESIGN I insert that I used. I just have 3 4×4 photos and stamped the date on some white cardstock and cut it out and then just adhered it to the front of the middle photo. Nothing fancy.
Here’s the back. I used three 4×4 cards from the Just Add Color kit. Did journaling that corresponds with the photos on the other side of them and then just added a little camera flair to embellish the middle card.
Right side. :)
Here’s a little close up. I am LOVING the sweetness of the Boy themed pack Project Life® cards. So cute! I posted a little video of the pack on Instagram. If you’re not following me yet – you totally should! Link in my sidebar! ;)
Last little close up. :)
Thanks so much for bearing with me from last week! I am excited about sharing more about my photo editing and printing process. Be on the lookout for that starting NEXT week. Putting the finishing touches on it! It’s really nothing fancy and super simple, but I’m happy to share it with you all!
I hope you all have a wonderful, blessed Tuesday! Hugs!!

February 25, 2014 at 10:04 pmI love your pages! They are colorful, yet you still have a nice amount of white space. I noticed that even the backgrounds in your photos are not too busy, which keeps the clean look. I need to work on that. My photos are very busy! :) I think cleaning my house would help (less junk in the background of every picture). Ha!
