Happy Project Life Tuesday, friends!
I hope you all are having a great week so far!
Here are my Project Life page shares for today! Today, I’m using lot of goodies from the July Freckled Fawn embellishment kit called, Silver Linings. You can see more about the kit HERE on my blog post last week and HERE on their website!
Here’s a shot of the two-page spread. I’m using DESIGN A page protectors and also there are 2 inserts in this week. I’ll talk about those more in a minute. :)
Shot of the left side. :)
I am super in love with the two wooden pieces that come in the kit. “The best” is one of them and I just love how I could use it in the white space of this photograph of my husband and Luke. I also used a little label die cut on the photo from the kit as well. I can’t get enough of little labels for my photos and pocket cards and the ones in the kit this month are the PERFECT size.
Here’s a closeup of that wooden piece. Isn’t that font just so pretty?! Love it!
Also in the kit is a sheet of these really cute label stickers with cute sentiments. I decided to just layer them on this 4×6 card next to the little 2×2 photo of Luke and then stapled a few of them with my tiny attacher. You know I have to use that sucker every time. :) Oh, and the cards that I’m using in this week’s spread is from the High Five Edition which is my new favorite! My friend, Lili Niclass, designed it and it’s seriously TOO cute!
On this 4×6 card, I used a round cork piece from the kit and also an epoxy star sticker. :)
Once again I used one of those label stickers. Just stuck it on this 3×4 photo and stapled it. Simple. The “love life” is a digital brush from Ali Edwards. I am in love with them. I just printed it out on a white piece of cardstock. I’m seriously obsessed with using these now. You should try them if you haven’t yet! You’ll be hooked and they are SO versatile.
Here’s another die cut label in use!
I included THIS layout in this week’s spread because it corresponded with the dates of these pages. I just slipped it in an 8.5×11 page protector and that was that. I also included this DESIGN H insert to document a little field trip that we took. I only wanted to include a few shots from it and some journaling and so this insert was perfect.
Those “FUN” plastic pieces are in the kit, too and they are so much fun! I just simply stapled them onto the journaling card.
This is the back and I just took this super cute flair from the kit and placed it smack dab in the middle. Cute!
Ah, here’s the shot of the entire back! Hahahaha!
Here’s a shot of the right side. :)
I love little colorful enamel dots and there are some in this kit!
Oh, and I have SO much washi tape and in this kit there is a really cute wide silver washi tape with polkadots and stars on it. I SO wanted to use it, but sometimes I have the hardest time using the wider washi in my Project Life. I thought this month’s washi was perfect to use by cutting out a circle of the washi with a star on the inside. It’s hard to tell in this photo, but it really looks like a really cool, iridescent sticker on this photo!
I also used one of the tab die cut labels in the kit to put the date on this photo.
Here’s yet ANOTHER one of those die cut labels on a photo and I have to give a super cute shout out to my daughter who created me those really cute drawings of Frankincense and Joy Young Living essential oil bottles. Are those cute or what? She knows me too well! ;)
Well, that’s it for today, my friends! Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a blessed day!
