Hi friends! Happy Tuesday!
For this week’s spread I used DESIGN A page protectors by Project Life and all embellishments, patterned paper and other goodies are all from the October monthly kit from Elle’s Studio. :-D
Here’s a shot of the left side. :)
For this 4×6 pocket – I used some patterned paper from the Thankful collection at Elle’s Studio. This collection is SO beautiful. The little yellow label, “so special” strip, “captured” stamp and diecut heart are all from the October collection.
Here’s a little close up. :) I stamped “captured” using the “Tradition” stamp set and then hand wrote “sweetness” above it and put some doodled dots below the stamping.
This this 4×6 pocket I once again cut a piece of patterned paper from the Thankful collection to adhere a photo to and slip it in the pocket. I love these yellow diagonal stripes! SO cute! I just printed out a little 2×2 photo, stapled it with my beloved tiny attacher, stamped the date on it using the Project Life date stamp and then adhered a die cut from the collection. Super simple and love the look!
This 3×4 die cut is from the October Elle’s Studio collection as well. I thought it would be a perfect spot to journal about the picture of Jack (next to it) and how he could live in those skeleton PJs right now and how Wally is one of his favorites at the moment. ;)
For this little 3×4 slot, I used a solid white 3×4 Project Life card and adhered this little smiley face that Caylin drew and cut out for me. :)
I added a digital brush my Ali Edwards to this photo. Love adding digital brushes to photos. Such a simple way to dress it up a bit and even include journaling.
The patterned paper here is also cut from the Thankful collection. So beautiful. The strips are also from a strip on the bottom of a sheet of the paper and the little tab die cut is from the October monthly kit. I just stamped the date on it and placed it behind a little 2×2 photo. :)
Here’s a shot of the right side. :)
Another sweet die cut from the October kit!
I needed a filler card for this spot and so I used some patterned paper (again) from the Thankful collection and then just adhered a die cut piece from the October kit to the middle of it. Easy cheesy filler card! Took like a minute! ;)
For the 3×4 photos going across the middle of this page – I wanted to include a couple of photos of the first time Luke blew bubbles. So I’ve got the two photos (one of him starting to blow the bubbles and then one of the actual bubbles coming out as he blew) and then used 2 3×4 cards from the October kit to document it. I used one card to do the journaling and then another card from the kit to be a filler card. Love how it says “HIGH 5” since that’s what I gave Luke after he blew the bubbles for the first time. I used some stickers from the Thankful collection on the journaling card and then hand wrote the rest on it.
Anyway, there you have it! Today’s Project Life page shares! I hope you are having a great day!
