How many of y’all are big dreamers? I hope you’re ALL raising your hands. I’ll admit it – I dream BIG. I think it’s super important to dream big. Dreams are so motivating, aren’t they? I love the quote, “A life lived in fear is a life half-lived.” How true is that? I think that when we’re NOT dreaming big, we’re doing ourselves a disservice and we’re letting that fear get the best of us. We’re not putting our hearts desires out there and being confident enough in ourselves to achieve them. No matter how crazy big our dreams are – we can still chase after them and even if we don’t succeed in fulfilling them all of the way – working toward those dreams is a blessing in itself. Fear and doubt can be such a big hurdle to get over when chasing dreams, but we must get over that and channel that energy that we’re “not good enough” or “we can’t do it” into what our passions are and what stories our lives will tell.

I am super excited to be working with the gals at BEcoming Threads because that’s what their whole mission with their shop is all about – telling YOUR story. BEcoming Threads is an Etsy shop that specializes in super cute and comfy tees that let “what you wear tell your story.” I’m a big proponent of telling your story (as you know since I’m a memory keeper) and dreaming big and so when they sent me this t-shirt a couple of weeks ago to try, I wasted no time putting it on and sharing the message with all of those around me.
BEcoming Threads was started by two Mama’s – Becky and Erin – hence the name BEcoming (for the first letter of each of their names) Threads and this is what they have to say about their business: “We were both asking questions about who we wanted to be and wondering if we were living “our story” to its full potential. When we realized we were both looking for the same things, we chose to bring our talents and energy together to create BEcoming Threads. Words have power and create emotion, so why not put hopeful and uplifting messages on fashionable apparel? Why not share our story with others? BEcoming Threads has become a way for us to purposefully and joyfully fill the gaps between who we are today and who we want to BEcome.”

I have to say, their tee is super comfy and soft and I just love the beautiful coral color. I definitely don’t have a tee in this color and I am super happy I do now! I also love the message – “Chase Your Dreams.” Yep, we all have God-given potential and talents and we are ALL good enough. We ALL have a purpose in life and I just love how Becky and Erin have started this business not only providing super cute tees, but that they chose to put powerful, meaningful messages on them.
The message “chase your dreams” means a lot to me because as a Mama, I know it’s so easy to get sidetracked taking care of my children, my husband and our home and lose sight of those other things that I am passionate about. Reminding myself to continue to chase my dreams is important because those dreams are a part of me. Those dreams keep me creative and inspire me on a daily basis and help me to be an even better wife and Mama. We must make OUR dreams a priority as well and when we do that – we can have the best of both worlds. I’m so thankful for a husband who has always supported my dreams – no matter how crazy they have seemed in the beginning. From my etsy shop full of handmade home wall art to my essential oils business that I am so passionate about and love – he’s always been there supporting me and reminding me to keep on chasing my dreams.
I’ve got some big dreams y’all, but those dreams are mine and I will definitely continue to chase them. One day I’ll catch up to them. I just know it and then it’ll be time to chase an even bigger dream. ;)
