Oh friends, the Osmo folks have done it again! All of you Disney fans (and Osmo fans, too) you’re going to want to see this because it’s SO much fun!
Osmo just launched a brand new game called, “Mickey Mouse & Friends Super Studio“ and Luke got to try it out last week and he is having the best time with it! This game is so great because it’s interactive, allows your kid to create art, learn about animation and go on fun adventures AND it has all of your kids’ favorite Mickey + Friends characters! Now you can see why we’re a bit excited about it!
The game comes with a Super Sketchpad (what your child draws on – which has over 30 pages for your child to create with), a Super Marker and a Super Sweeper (which is this great cloth that wipes away the marker). You do need the Osmo base and an iPad to play this game, if you don’t already have one, but the cool thing is that the Osmo base is great for all of the games that Osmo offers and so you just have to purchase that once and you can use it with all of the games.
The graphics are so happy & fun and definitely kept Luke entertained. I love how this Osmo + Disney collaboration has allowed these characters to come to life right before Luke’s eyes and the fact that he gets to play a part in it all is really cool, too! He was SO thrilled about that! He thought it was the coolest thing!
Some of Luke’s favorite things about the game are: the way the characters interacted with him, the fun music & cute sounds and he loved wiping off the Super Sketchpad, too! Ha! I found out this new school year that he’s a big fan of erasing things. I also saw him dancing while he was drawing, giggling A LOT and he loved to chat about the different adventures that he went on during the game.
There are lots of great stories and adventures for your kids to do (over 30 of them) and Luke really loved being able to help draw the characters and then see his drawings come to life on the screen. It seriously was magical to him, which was so sweet! Makes total sense that it was magical though since this is Disney we’re talking about after all. ;)
I love how with just a few things Osmo allows children to interact in a way that is not only education and fun, but allows them to dive into their imagination and have a hand with making the games come to life.
The innovativeness of Osmo + the magic of Disney is one of the coolest collaborations for kids that I’ve seen in a long, long time and Luke agrees! If you haven’t checked out any of the Osmo games for your children yet, you really need to. We haven’t come across one yet that we didn’t love and being able to incorporate them into our homeschooling as well, has been really great. I know my kids are super excited anytime I pull out an Osmo game for them to play.
Here’s to a little more creativity, a little more fun and a little more magic thanks to Osmo + Disney.
